Banafruit: import export frutta fresca

Banafruit S.r.l. was founded as an import-export company for fresh fruit in 1994 and now represents a solid reality on both the national and European markets.
As always, a qualified team of young people, combining experience and rationality with modernity and dynamism, is on hand to meet all our customers’ needs and expectations.

Our company is located in Genoa, since ancient times a well known sea port, and also receives goods in other Italian ports, such as Vado Ligure, Livorno, Ravenna and Salerno and, thanks to many years of collaboration, is able to best handle the logistics and distribution, from unloading to delivery. Moreover, its closeness to important markets, like Turin and Milan, puts BANAFRUIT at the heart of all national business.
Banafruit also has strong relationships with important European ports, such as Dieppe, Dunkirk, Marsiglia, Port Vendres and Rotterdam.
We mainly deal in imports and commercialise bananas, and have agreements with Ecuadorian and Costa Rican producers, and relationships with producers in Cameroon, the Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe and Martinique.
Of course, our business is not related strictly to bananas... every year, directly or not, we also deal in pineapples (Costa Rica, Ecuador, the Ivory Coast), grapefruits, oranges, lemons (Argentina, Cyprus, Israel, South Africa), kiwis, melons, in order to assure fresh fruit from all over the world, all year round.

On the European market, we are proud of our commercial collaborations with French and German companies for the import and export of bananas and other kinds of fruit.
